Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (Gasketed PHE)

Structure: Corrugated metal plates + rubber gaskets for sealing, clamped by bolts, detachable and cleanable.

Key Features

  • High heat transfer efficiency (water-water up to 3000–5000 W/(m²·K)), compact structure, small footprint.

  • Heat transfer area adjustable by adding or removing plates, easy maintenance and cleaning.

  • Design pressure ≤ 2.5 MPa, temperature range: -35℃ ~ 180℃ (limited by gaskets).

  • Low cost, suitable for medium-low pressure, medium-temperature applications requiring frequent cleaning.
